BROKEN - The Story of the Book of Judges

A brand-new sermon series called “BROKEN – The Story of the Book of Judges”. First Church of God in LaGrange, Indiana.

This series will look at the patterns and leaders during the time of the Judges of Israel.

It is a unique book showing us the brokenness of man. It gives us a picture of humanity as a blind man groping in the darkness for something to hold on to.

The beauty of this tragic story is that it shows God reaching into our brokenness, coming to our rescue, and giving us hope.

Each lesson will trace the cry of the Hebrew heart, the rise of a God-given leader, and a lesson that translates to all generations.

The Book of Judges speaks to our present time better than any other book in the Bible.

Join us as we ride with the likes of Gideon, Sampson, Shamgar, Ehud, and so many others. Each story is strange, twisted, and weird, but it prepares us to walk in the light no matter how great the darkness.
