The Fruit of the Holy Spirit: Gentleness
TWO GREAT SERVICES 9:00AM & 10:30AM
Join us this Sunday at Church of God, LaGrange Indiana for two great services at 9:00am & 10:30am.
This Sunday the message is called “Cherish is the Word I Use to Describe You”. We will be talking about the Fruit of the Holy Spirit: Gentleness.
Gentleness might sound like weakness, but just the opposite is true. Gentleness is strength under control. It is treating those things that you count as highly valuable with great care, being very careful to not injure or cause anything to break.
This is how God treats us, and this is how God expects us to treat each other.
The Apostle Paul tells the Galatians in chapter 5 to allow the fruit of the Holy Spirit Gentleness to flow out of them towards their brothers and sisters, even though they were in conflict. Gentleness is a path that the love of God flows through and it bringing life wherever it goes.
