Join us for a great outdoor service at LaGrange Church of God.  We normally have two services but this Sunday we will have one combined service at 10 am.  Following the service will enjoy a great meal of hot dogs and hamburgers cooked fresh off the grill.  It is going to be a great day to be together – come join us, everyone is welcome.  

This Sunday as we celebrate 4th of July weekend, we turn our attention to God’s sovereign hand over America and all the nations of history in the message, “Nations”.  They are all like pieces of a puzzle in the hands of God and have very specific destinies.

From the beginning God has had a purpose for America and we can see His guidance in the pages of history. The bible uses the word nations 529 times and God has put an enormous amount of focus on nations and people groups in His word.

So here is the big question, what is the primary purpose of America, and what does history teach us about “we the people” and our part as individuals is God’s grand moving of the nations.
This message is a call to refuse to be passive in the flow of history but instead find out where we fit in what I am calling “the principle of the void”.

Come expecting to be encouraged and challenged as we think deeply about this great land that God has given to us.
